Uva Nestum Wine & SPA combines a boutique winery with a hotel and spa experience in Gotse Delchev. The project connects wine with hospitality and represents the higher southern part of the Struma wine region.
The winery works with a 25-decare estate vineyard. Alongside its own grapes, selected purchased grapes are used for part of the wine portfolio, an important distinction from varieties actually planted in the estate vineyard.
Land and vineyards
The estate vineyard grows Syrah, Rubin, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tamianka and Muscat Ottonel. For Chardonnay, Aligoté, Sauvignon Blanc and Mavrud, the winery states that it uses selected purchased grapes. The wider area lies at an average elevation of about 500 metres.
